RETURNS and EXCHANGES
Due to the custom nature of our products, Elite Designs is unable to accept returns or exchanges, so please make sure you are ordering the correct color, size, garment and decoration before proceeding with order. You may always call 330-665-5335 or email us at email@example.com with any questions pre-order.
If a return is necessary due to our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.), please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order and receive a Return Authorization Number. We will of course, replace your purchase with the correct item(s) you ordered. You will be reimbursed for your return shipping as authorized, when we receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days). We will process your return once we receive it, and ship your replacement as soon as it is completed.
I understand that items sold by Elite Designs are NOT TOYS and items with rhinestones/crystals should not be used for children under 12 years of age. PLEASE NOTE: rhinestones/crystals have a small amount of lead to make them sparkle, care must be taken to insure that they are NOT SWALLOWED.
I agree to HOLD HARMLESS and INDEMNIFY ELITE DESIGNS it's owners, partners, employees and representatives from any and all liability that may result from item(s) that I have purchased. If I request any items to be embellished, I acknowledge that the design, name, company or organization logo, artwork or other information IS MINE, NOT COPYWRITE or OWNED BY OTHERS.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability and production of your item(s). Please note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be averaged.
